Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team, supporting the managing partner with daily club operations, sales success, member satisfaction and facility cleanliness at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Albuquerque, NM.

You will lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants & Kids Attendants, driving a high-care, high-performance culture with speed and lasting results.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience meeting KPIs and coaching staff.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff.
• Monitor scorecard performance to meet or exceed KPI standards.
• Lead scheduling and labor management; ensure facility cleanliness.
• Drive new member sales and member integration.
• Maintain a 100% compliant facility with Crunch policies.
