  • Collaborating closely with other members of the US GCO as well as local counsel in other EY member firms.
  • Coordinating legal resources on managed services projects.
  • Supporting coordination with cross‑functional business and internal support teams (Data Privacy, Talent, Information Security, and Tax) as necessary or appropriate for Technology & Managed Services Agreements.

  • Building relationships and teaming seamlessly with other members of GCO, within the Legal Practice Groups, as appropriate, to deliver exceptional service to clients of GCO.
  • Developing and delivering training on Technology & Managed Services Agreements, knowledge sharing and best practice across the legal network and business, where requested or appropriate.
To qualify, candidates must have:

  • Experience with cross‑border contracting (including employee matters such as auto‑transfer laws, local country agreements, and cross‑border data transfer).
  • Ability to understand, assess, and negotiate terms for current and new technologies (including cloud and AI), and explain the related legal and business risks in a practical manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
