Axon is seeking an experienced Assistant General Counsel, Corporate and M&A, to manage complex transactions, advise on securities compliance, and partner with the Board and executive team. Location includes Boston or NYC with a hybrid schedule.
You will oversee due diligence, draft and negotiate deal documents, and coordinate external counsel, supporting Axon’s growth and governance objectives.
At Axon, we're on a mission to Protect Life. We're explorers, pursuing society's most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO), you will assist the CLO in managing outside counsel, personally overseeing certain key corporate initiatives, and ensuring all M&A activities align with legal requirements and support the company's strategic objectives. You will advise and collaborate with Axon's Board of Directors, C-Suite, Corporate Development Team, and SEC & Financial Reporting Team.
Critically, you should bring a passion for technology, public safety and Axon's mission to Protect Life.
