Honeywell Technologies seeks an Assistant General Counsel – IP to shape and protect the company’s intellectual assets. You will report to the Chief IP Counsel for New Product Introductions and work in hybrid mode from Charlotte, NC or Rosemont, IL.
You will guide IP strategy, manage patent and trademark portfolios, and support negotiations in tech transactions, licenses, and M&A activities. A strong chemistry/related background and 7+ years of IP experience are required.

You will report directly to the Chief IP Counsel for New Product Introductions, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC OR Rosemont, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will be part of the New Product Introduction (NPI) IP team and primarily support the Process Technology business including UOP LLC, a Honeywell company that is a leading international licensor of processing technology and supplier of engineering services, catalysts and adsorbents, equipment, specialty materials and digital solutions for the global refining, gas processing and petrochemical industries. In this role you will impact Honeywell's ability to protect its innovations, maintain a strong IP portfolio, and drive business growth through strategic intellectual property management. Your contribution will help Honeywell stay at the forefront of technology and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.

The annual base salary range for this position is $217,000- $271,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
