If you're a Corporate & Securities Attorney with 5+ years of experience and are looking for the next step in your legal career, we have a great opportunity to join a well-established legal department of a large public company. Latitude’s client is seeking a corporate attorney to lead general corporate governance and securities matters, assist with Board of Directors and committee meeting materials and minutes, draft and review resolutions and other corporate documents, ensuring conformity with legal and governance standards, and handle subsidiary management and SEC compliance, among other general corporate matters. This is a permanent role onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.
Pay: The salary range for this role is $185,000 - $205,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses and equity compensation. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
