Responsibilities

• Serves as an Assistant General Counsel for the Office of General Counsel, Bureau of Civil Affairs.
• Serve as full-line supervisor.
• Assists in developing and implementing DHS policy as an Assistant General Counsel.
• Assists with preparation of annual affirmative action plans and quarterly reporting for EEO/AA Office.
• Assists with Legislative Affairs for the Office of General Counsel.
• Assists the Bureau of Administrative Rules as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of duties.
