Job summary

Atlantic Group is representing a premier financial services firm for a NYC-based accounting role. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of corporate accounting, fund accounting, or related experience and will support close processes and fund financials.

Located in New York, the position offers exposure to capital calls, NAV calculations, and collaboration with treasury and fund administrators. Note: candidates will be contacted if selected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business from a top tier school.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or business.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the month, quarter, and year-end close processes.
• Help with capital calls, distributions, the NAV, waterfalls, etc.
• Work on income statement and balance sheet line items to help the overall financials.
• Collaborate with the fund administrator and treasury team.
• Support other departments with special projects (finance, treasury, IR, etc.).

You will have the opportunity to help a top financial services firm. With multiple locations, you will be working out of their NYC office.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of corporate accounting, fund accounting, audit (Big 4/top 10 public accounting firm), or fund administration experience.

• Assist with the month, quarter, and year-end close process
• Help with capital calls, distributions, the NAV, waterfalls, etc.
• Work on a variety of income statement and balance sheet line items to help out with the overall financials
• Drive an impact with the fund financials, work with the fund administrator, and the treasury team
• Help out other departments with special projects (finance, treasury, IR, etc.)
