Job Description

Assistant Front Office Manager

Pay range: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee daily operations and manage the Front Office team during your shift
  • Coach, lead, and guide the Guest Service team, including Front Desk Agents, Bellpersons, Doormen, Concierge, and Royal Service Agents
  • Provide managerial support to other Rooms Division Leaders
  • Maintain a friendly, engaging service culture aligned with the Brand's Vision and Mission
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels and adjust as needed based on business volumes
  • Manage loyalty and guest recognition programs, including the ALL Upsell programs
  • Create schedules based on demand and forecasts
  • Maintain employee morale and develop engagement programs
  • Recruit, train, and coach team members
  • Promote a results-driven, service-oriented environment with effective SOPs to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Support on the floor and handle office duties, paperwork, and interdepartmental meetings
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • A passion for guest service and luxury customer experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Guest Service/Front Desk management experience in a luxury hotel preferred
  • Knowledge of Opera Property Management System is an asset
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with professionalism
  • Positive attitude that empowers and inspires others
  • Engaging with guests with empathy and genuine care
  • Desire to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Computer proficiency in Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
