Albertsons Companies seeks an Assistant Front-End Manager to oversee front-end operations, ensure fast, friendly checkout service, and support store performance goals in a busy retail environment. You will manage scheduling, training, customer service programs, cash handling, and compliance while developing associates.

This role emphasizes teamwork, service excellence, and operational consistency. Flexible evenings/weekends required.

Formación

• Customer-service oriented front-end management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop front-end staff.
• Experience with cash handling and loss-prevention practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate all front-end operations, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service.
• Support customer service programs and respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide checkout support as needed, including register functions and customer assistance.
• Guide and oversee front-end activities including scheduling, service levels, and daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive front-end environment.
• Manage cash handling processes including tills, safe counts, reconciliation, refunds, and transactions.
• Monitor inventory and ordering of front-end supplies and materials.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop front-end associates and supervisors.
• Support labor planning, budgeting, and expense control for the department.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Complete daily reports, payroll processes, and required documentation.
