Qualifications

• Experience in football, either as a competitive player or coach.
• Demonstrated experience working with high school-aged students.
• Availability for after-school practices, weekday games, and occasional Saturday events.
• Knowledge of MSHSL policies, football strategy, skill development, and training techniques.
• Understands education-based athletics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and overseeing the Football program, including practices, games, and team-building activities.
• Promote a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all student-athletes.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents/guardians, and coaching staff.
• Model integrity, accountability, and professionalism consistent with the mission and values of North High School.
