Job summary

Bridgeport Public Schools' Central High School is seeking an Assistant Football Coach for the 2024–2025 school year. The role supports the head coach, assists with practice planning, skill development, and game day routines at Central High School in Bridgeport.

Candidates must hold CT Teaching Certificate or CT Coaching Permit, plus First Aid, CPR, and Concussion Management Training, and be available for off-season duties.

• Demonstration of thorough applicable knowledge of the above‑listed coaching position.
• Availability for off‑season duties related to the coaching program.

Annual stipend: $3,768.00

• Photocopy of Coaching Permit or application of Coaching Permit
• Photocopy of valid First Aid card – SIGNED front/back
• Photocopy of valid CPR card – SIGNED front/back
• Certificate verifying Concussion Management Training (Original Certificate will be required from candidates selected for interview.)
• The annual stipend will follow the 2024‑2025 Coaches' Salaries.
