Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail or management experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Food Service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Outlook.
• Acquire and maintain food service certifications.
• May require relocation and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of the Food Service Manager in absence or at discretion.
• Manage product offerings (Jerky, Smoked Meats, Sausage, BBQ, Bakery, Sandwiches, Grab and Go, Tacos, Burritos, Hot Dogs).
• Resolve customer issues quickly in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to food service and employment matters.
• Oversee use of kitchen equipment (mixer, slicers, ovens, knives, fryers).
• Supervise food service employees and maintain quality and customer service.
• Complete operating reports accurately and on time.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations.
• Interact professionally with team and customers.
