Elior School Dining in the Orlando area is seeking an experienced Assistant Food Service Director to oversee culinary, safety, sanitation and operations for the account.

You will recruit, train and retain a large staffing team, ensure high quality food and friendly service, and run the operation in a professional, efficient and profitable manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years in a supervisory role.
• At least two years’ foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Assistant Food Service Director to our School Dining team in Orlando area. As an Assistant Food Service Director, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.

What you’ll be doing:

• Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.
• Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
• Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
• Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
