Job summary

Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking an energetic Assistant Food Manager to join our team. You will prepare foods, delegate tasks, train coworkers, and uphold exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

The role requires full-time availability, typically 2nd shift, with a 40-hour work week. You’ll contribute to merchandising, handle customer concerns, and ensure food safety and sanitation standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily 2nd shift.
• 6 months food experience including customer service and food prep.
• Knowledgeable on food safety and sanitation.
• Lift up to 50lbs; walk/stand 8–10 hours per day.
• Desire to help others; ability to motivate others.

Already a Kwik Trip Coworker? Location: Kwik Trip 443 Full Pay Range: $16.99to$23.79 Shift: Variable

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Assistant Food Manager

They prepare foods, delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, set the example for excellent customer service, ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals, assist with merchandising, and most importantly ensure that the highest quality of customer service is being met on a daily basis
