Job summary

Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Food Manager to lead the food program and ensure top-quality service.

You will prepare foods, delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, and set an example of outstanding customer service while helping the team meet daily goals. You should have at least 6 months of food experience with customer service and food prep, be able to motivate others, and know food safety practices.

Qualifications

• 6 months food experience including customer service and food prep.
• Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Knowledgeable on food safety and sanitation.
• Lift up to 50lbs and stand for 8-10 hours per day.
• Available to work full-time, primarily 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods and delegate tasks to coworkers.
• Train coworkers and resolve customer complaints.

• Ensure the team focuses on daily goals and merchandising.

Full Pay Range: $17.00to$23.79
Shift: Variable

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Assistant Food Manager

Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to make a difference in the communities we serve. Our Assistant Food Managers are responsible for our food program. They prepare foods, delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, set the example for excellent customer service, ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals, assist with merchandising, and most importantly ensure that the highest quality of customer service is being met on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) primarily 2nd shift
