Qualifications

• Nationally accredited certification (ACE, ISSA, NASM) or B.S. in health & fitness related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in fitness management & sales preferred.
• Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Passion for fitness and changing lives; on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate club team to deliver high-quality fitness services.
• Drive member engagement, retention, and sales growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to a diverse member base.

Candidate Requirements:

• NATIONALLY ACCREDITED CERTIFICATION (ACE, ISSA, NASM, etc.), AND/OR B.S. IN HEALTH & FITNESS RELATED FIELD PREFERRED
• MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE—FITNESS MANAGEMENT & SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
