Job summary

ONELIFE FITNESS in Manassas, VA is seeking an Assistant Fitness Director to oversee New Member Orientation, coach members and trainers, and drive personal training sales to deliver lasting member results.

You will lead orientations, assign/train PT staff, manage leads, and maintain accurate records while supporting club operations and peak-hour sessions.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Friendly coach with strong sales skills, great communication, and a team mindset.
• Organized, punctual, tech-savvy, and able to work flexible hours.
