Work Location Status:Fully on-site for the first 30-90 days at the Edwardsville, IL Headquarters. After successful completion of probationary period, position may be eligible for hybrid or remote work.

The Assistant Financial Accounting Manager plays a key leadership role within the Accounting Department, overseeing daily accounting operations across two critical functional areas: Account Reconciliations and Accounts Payable. This role provides direct leadership to multiple Accounting Associates, ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and supports timely financial reporting in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), regulatory requirements, and internal control standards.
The Assistant Financial Accounting Manager partners closely with the Financial Accounting Manager and serves as a key contributor to departmental strategy, process improvement, and talent development.
