Job summary

Aramark in Moran, WY is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support the Finance department and oversee forecasting, budgeting, labor and inventory controls, and audits for the Wyoming district including Signal Mountain Lodge, Togwotee Mountain Lodge, and other properties. The role requires 2–3 years of finance experience with supplier payments and reconciliations, strong MS Office skills, and solid planning abilities.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years minimum experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Experience with supplier payments and invoice processing is essential.
• Experience with supplier reconciliations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Property-related experience is an advantage but not required.
• Demonstrated planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Managers and business leaders to identify financial risks and opportunities and drive financial outcomes.
• Manage one or more Finance professionals, provide direction and develop team members.
• Oversee Daily & Weekly Reporting, Month-End Close, Monthly Forecast, CAPEX Planning & Spend, Annual Operating Plan, client deliverables, AP, AR, Cash & Banking, and assigned Tax & Compliance tasks for all properties.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Support SOX internal controls.

Job Description

As the Assistant Finance Manager you will support the objectives of the Finance department while assisting operating departments with forecasting, budget, labor and inventory controls, analysis, auditing as well as operational responsibilities for the Wyoming District including Signal Mountain Lodge, Togwotee Mountain Lodge, Jackson Hole Adventure Rentals, and Scenic Safaris/Mad River.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with one or more General Managers and other business leaders to identify financial risks and opportunities, make recommendations, and drive positive financial outcomes.
• Manage one or more Finance professionals, providing direction and support as needed. Develop team members for career growth and succession planning by providing training, coaching, and feedback.
• Oversee and ensure successful completion of Daily & Weekly Reporting, Month-End Close, Monthly Forecast, CAPEX Planning & Spend, Annual Operating Plan, Client Deliverables, A/P, A/R, Cash & Banking, and assigned Tax & Compliance tasks, for all assigned properties.
• Accommodate internal and external auditors.
• Ensure proper internal controls to support SOX compliance.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 year minimum experience required
• Proven experience in supplier payments and supplier invoice processing essential
• Proven experience in supplier reconciliations
• Have a good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
• Previous property experience an advantage but not crucial
• Will be able to demonstrate good planning and organizational skills
