Job summary

OUE REIT MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to lead financial and management reporting for a group of entities and ensure timely closing of accounts.

You will collaborate with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate financial statements. Responsibilities include variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, tax returns, and statutory reporting, with emphasis on compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of accounting and/or audit experience.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High initiative, sense of ownership.
• Responsible, meticulous, self-motivated, and has a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to communicate well with various stakeholders.
• Possess good organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in REIT and/or real estate is advantageous.
• Experience in Yardi and Cognos is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analytical review of monthly and quarterly variances.
• Prepare quarterly forecast and monthly cashflow projection.
• Prepare annual budget.
• Submit quarterly GST returns and annual tax returns.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, accounting standards and SGX/MAS requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent, trustee and external service providers.
• Manage ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned.

Education
