Qualifications

  • MBA degree completed or expected to be completed before the start date.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Cumulative graduate GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Relevant professional experience demonstrating increasing responsibility, strategic thinking, leadership, and business or financial acumen.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business productivity tools.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship for employment.
  • Clear verbal, interpersonal, and written communication.
  • Strategic and critical thinking, sound judgment, curiosity, and ability to develop practical solutions.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, work cross-functionally, and constructively challenge and align stakeholders.
  • Strong financial and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial leadership and decision support advancing Clorox’s business and financial objectives
  • Own and improve key financial processes
  • Translate complex business and financial information into actionable insights
  • Lead elements of planning, forecasting, close, and/or reporting processes
  • Analyze business and financial performance against plans, forecasts, and prior periods; identify drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop financial models, scenarios, and recommendations supporting strategic, operational, and investment decisions
  • Translate analyses into executive-ready insights and communicate implications to Finance and business stakeholders
  • Partner cross-functionally to provide financial leadership and influence decisions and actions improving business performance
  • Support accurate reporting, data integrity, internal controls, and compliance
  • Use data analytics, visualization, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance insights and improve Finance processes
  • Lead projects or workstreams from scoping through execution, coordinating stakeholders, managing milestones, and escalating risks
  • Demonstrate leadership through ownership, judgment, stakeholder influence, and coaching or guidance as applicable
