Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of farmland investment experience
• 7+ years farmland investment experience preferred
• University degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Stays informed of natural capital industry, market and research trends and competitive fund analyses.
• Supports fund raising and investor relations including DDQ/RFP reviews and investor requests.
• Maintains relationships with industry experts, investors and fiduciaries to identify trends and sources.
• Evaluates proprietary financial models to monitor portfolio performance and investments.
• Leads valuations and hold/sell analyses with the sector team.
• Communicates key metrics and business impact to management.
• Guides annual budgeting and long-term investment plans.
• Organizes periodic board meetings and investor updates.
• Consults on corporate strategy and development of investment tools.
