Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an Assistant Asset Manager to support the Asset Manager in reviewing energy usage and strategizing best practices for client accounts. You will work with owner staff on O&M and energy usage across facilities, coordinating with EPC/ECM teams and on-site operators.

The role emphasizes learning, communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced energy infrastructure environment, with 5-10% travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Work with the operators at the facility sites including subcontractors, chief engineer, and internal service providers to ensure the facilities operate efficiently.
• Attend the on-going training of the Facility Operators.
• Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual.
• Assisting the Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) team with the coordination of Engineering Construction Management (ECM) implementation with O&M team.
• Assist with coordinating on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with the remote support services team.
• Review of energy usage on daily basis for the facility and provide guidance best practices and modifications of current operations.
• Manage and direct the day-to-day work of the onsite O&M team.

Overview

Travel Requirements

• 5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

Pay Range

USD $24.28 - USD $32.44 /Yr.
