Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in estimating, project engineering, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, OST, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with public works and municipal bidding processes is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites preferred.

Responsibilities
