Responsibilities

• Prepare sales lead forms
• Help Estimator with the tracking and follow-up of all assigned prospective leads and developing relationships with clients
• Request and receive accurate pricing from material suppliers and subcontractors for bids
• Ensure precise estimates of materials, equipment and personnel on all excavating projects
• Assist with timely preparation and delivery of bids to clients
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Maintain an overall professional image for the company
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of assigned projects
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports, blueprints, specifications and purchase orders
• Ability to prepare estimates using H.C.S.S. and do accurate takeoffs with AGTEK for supervisor review
• Ability to formulate construction procedures and processes into an accurate estimate

Experience & Qualifications

• College Degree Preferred
• 2 Years in the Construction Business Required
• 2 Years in Excavation Estimating Preferred
• Valid Driver’s License Required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
