We uniquely blend The Creative Curriculum® (powered by the Teaching Strategies platform) with premium language immersion, fostering cognitive growth, curiosity, and multicultural appreciation as part of our core daily early childhood education routine.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, and team-oriented Assistant ECE Language Immersion Teacher to join our founding early childhood education faculty. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with your classroom Lead Teacher to maintain a safe, high-quality early childhood education environment serving children ages 12 months through Pre‑K. This is an exceptional opportunity for an aspiring early childhood educator to learn a premier global curriculum model and grow professionally within our organization.

  • Co‑Teaching and Execution: Assist the Lead Teacher in executing standards‑aligned daily early childhood education lesson plans using The Creative Curriculum® and Teaching Strategies resources.

  • ECE Safety and Care Operations: Maintain a pristine, sanitary, and organized classroom environment that complies perfectly with North Carolina DCDEE licensing and health standards. Provide attentive, nurturing care during meals, rest times, and developmental transitions.

  • Early Childhood Experience: Previous experience working with young children in a licensed early childhood education facility, premium preschool, or school setting is preferred. A genuine love for early childhood development is essential.

  • Credentials: Must meet baseline North Carolina qualifying requirements for early childhood education staff (including a high school diploma, criminal background check clearance, and a willingness to complete North Carolina Early Childhood Credentials if not already held).

  • Mindset: A positive, energetic, and flexible team player who is excited to learn, adapt to a fast‑paced startup school launch, and champion a unique global early childhood education culture.
