U-Haul à Plano, Texas recherche un(e) assistant(e) gérant(e) de centre de déménagement pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes en l’absence du Directeur. Vous coordonnez l’équipe et assurez un service client de qualité dès le premier contact.

Profil recherché: diplôme d’études secondaires, permis de conduire, et expérience en leadership et service client. Disponibilité pour divers horaires et formation continue via U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis.
• Expérience en service client et leadership souhaitée.
• Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs horaires et à gérer des priorités.

Responsibilities

• Gérer les opérations quotidiennes du centre en l'absence du Directeur.
• Prendre des décisions ponctuelles pour allouer temps et ressources.
• Gérer et affecter les membres de l'équipe pour offrir un service client exemplaire.
• Exécuter des tâches diverses comme l'installation d'attelages et de boîtes à outils.
