Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping operations ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Deliver pick-up and delivery experience and handle substitutions/refunds professionally.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment including picking, staging, dispensing, delivery coordination.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology and handheld devices.
• Monitor performance metrics like order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Create schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-stocks impacting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards
