Pinnacle Specialty Care in Cedar Falls, IA, is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join Care Initiatives across Iowa. You will assist the DON, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high-quality resident care in a 100-bed long-term care setting.

Ideal candidates hold an Iowa RN license, CPR, and strong regulatory knowledge, with a passion for mentorship and quality improvement in a team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities

• Assist the DON in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department, with the aim of gaining valuable experience and expertise for potential advancement within the organization.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor care delivery concerns and progress; acknowledge the progress while proposing and helping implement solutions to address concerns.

Qualifications

• Current, valid CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
