Description
Seeking an Assistant District Attorney to work in the Norfolk District Attorney’s Appeals Unit focusing on Public Records requests.
The primary function of this position is responding to records requests, including requests under the Public Records Law and subpoenas.
Other responsibilities may include drafting and arguing briefs and other post-conviction matters and researching and responding to time-sensitive legal questions, as well as trial assistance.
Qualifications
This is a full-time position based in Canton, MA. While there is the possibility of one day of remote work each week, this is primarily an in-person position.
