Qualifications

• Member of the Maine Bar in good standing with strong legal writing and advocacy skills.
• Ability to analyze complex state and federal regulations and to apply them in litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle adult criminal cases and civil violations in Unified Criminal Court in Kennebec and Somerset Counties.
• Manage appellate work before the Maine Law Court.
• Travel as required and maintain reliable transportation.
