Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsels clients and advises on proceedings in court or related forums.
• Drafts pleadings, motions, briefs, and other filings for litigation.
• Presents in court and selects juries, argues, and cross-examines.
• Prepares witnesses and organizes testimony.
• Drafts documents with legal implications; negotiates settlements.
• Conducts investigations in civil and criminal discovery.
• Keeps knowledge up to date with current law developments.
