• Investigating cases, meeting and interviewing witnesses, drafting subpoenas/search warrants, advising local law enforcement.
• Handling discovery and motion practice.
• Conducting grand jury presentations, hearings, motions, arguments and trials.
• Court appearances pertaining to all phases of a criminal case.
