The Fifth Judicial District Attorney's Office in New Mexico has immediate openings for an attorney, from new entrant to experienced, to prosecute criminal and non-criminal cases in the district. Salary aligns with the NM District Attorney Salary schedule, from Assistant Trial Attorney to Senior Trial Attorney levels, based on experience.

Two positions are open in Carlsbad and Lovington NM. The office will cover NM Bar Dues and NDA membership.

• J.D. degree and current license to practice law in New Mexico.

Job description

The Fifth Judicial District Attotney's Office has an immediate position for a new/and or experienced attorney. Salary will be based upon the New Mexico District Attotney's Salary schedule with salary range of an Assistant Trial Attorney ( $80,218.00 ) to a Senior Trial Attorney ( $100,272.00 ), based upon experience. Must be licensed in the United States. There are 2 positions open in Carlsbad and Lovington NM. The office will pay for your New Mexico Bar Dues as well as the National District Attorney's Association membership. This position provides for the prosecution of criminal and non-criminal cases.
