Job summary

Indiana University is seeking an Assistant Director of KelleyWell to lead initiatives promoting student well-being and support. You'll collaborate with various teams to implement programs for students facing challenges and improve services based on feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in student services, higher education, social work, or related field.
  • Knowledge of student development and counseling theories and practices.
  • Ability to advise students individually and in groups.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Student Life and Academic Advising teams.
  • Develop and implement support programs for students in crisis.
  • Gather feedback to improve student services initiatives.
