The University of Kansas Health System is seeking an Assistant Director for Server and Storage Design and Development at Broadmoor Campus. This leadership role oversees strategy, mentoring, and day-to-day operations of the Server and Storage teams to ensure reliable, secure infrastructure.
Collaborate with HITS leadership to align technology with clinical and business needs, forecast capacity, manage budgets, and drive initiatives that maximize uptime and service quality across the health system.

Supports the Director in managing the information technology infrastructure services to support the goals and objectives of the Health System. Responsibilities are executed with minimal direction, where goals and objectives are established and accomplished within the defined parameters.
A strong manager who is adaptable and has strong cooperative management style. A creative thinker with high energy and enthusiasm, and a team player that promotes positive collaboration amongst all layers of HITS. This individual directly manages the Server and Storage team managers, providing guidance, instilling accountability, driving tasks to completion, steering strategy and developing services. Engages directly with peers to support HITS initiatives and foster growth by maintaining good relationships and a culture of trust. This individual communicates effectively with all layers of UKHS leadership.
