Signature HealthCARE in Kentucky is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations with a focus on policies, governance, and resident-centered care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and well-versed in government regulations to support safe, quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the applicable state.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• 1–2 years management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current/Active CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overall operation of the department in accordance with Company policies and government regulations to maintain quality care.
• Delegate authority to the Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors to perform their duties.

The ideal Assistant Director of Nursing Candidate is very detailed orientated, organized, great knowledge of policies and governmental regulations.

How you Will make a difference

• Manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Department.


• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overall operation of the department in accordance with Company policies, and standards of nursing practices and government regulations, so as to maintain quality care.


• Delegate to the Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to perform their assigned duties.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Registered Nurse in good standing with required current state license.


• Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience.


• One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience preferred.


• Must have a current/active CPR certification.
