Diversicare is seeking an experienced RN to step into an Assistant Director of Nursing role at our Bryson City, NC facility. You’ll lead shifts, drive quality, and mentor staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional resident care.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Competenze

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least one year of supervisory experience.
