Job summary

Pinecrest Retirement Community in Lufkin, Texas, part of Methodist Retirement Communities, seeks an LVN Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in coordinating nursing services and ensuring high-quality resident care.

The role leads infection control and employee health programs, drives processes for five-star clinical care, and models ICARE values daily. Strong nursing leadership and an LVN license are essential for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must hold LVN license and have nursing leadership experience.
• Experience in skilled nursing and infection control.
