Qualifications

• Must possess a valid, unencumbered RN license in this state.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning nursing operations and setting priorities.
• Serve as care champion for the dialysis den, ensuring high clinical standards and coordinated care.
• Monitor unit activities, communicate policies, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the medical team.
• Conduct rounds to monitor nursing care delivery, coordination with support services, and staff morale.
• Oversee administrative functions related to Nursing Services.
