Journey is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to serve as a clinical operational liaison between units and the Director of Nursing. The ADON will oversee daily clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure patient and family satisfaction. Location is Stanford, KY, serving the local community.
Active RN license with at least three years of nursing experience, including supervisory responsibilities; BSN preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification is required by state regulations.

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) serves as a clinical operational liaison between the units and the Director of Nursing. He/she is responsible for the daily clinical operations of the Nursing Units including ensuring compliance with center policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations. Additionally, he/she is responsible for facilitating the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff, coordination and communication with other departments, and ensuring patient and family satisfaction. In the absence of the DON, the ADON assumes the duties and responsibilities of the DON.
