Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN

Morning Shift: 8am - 5pm

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN to join our team. As an ADON, you will be a key leader in our organization, driving excellence and commitment among our caregivers.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Nursing Excellence: Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing with a valid State licensure as an RN.
  • Experience Matters: At least 1 year of Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care experience is a must.
  • Leadership Skills: Showcase your leadership abilities with one to three (1-3) years of management or supervisory experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative, or geriatric nursing.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in the use of personal computers and (EMR) systems.
  • Able to adhere to weekend on-call rotation (every 4 weeks).
  • Ability to lead a team and provide quality care and customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
  • Ability to implement and follow processes and procedures set forth by company and facility.
  • Teamwork Attitude: Must be flexible and fill in when needed. All of our staff are cross-trained and expected to assist, work and participate in tasks as they arise.
