Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON, RN)

Join our team as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON, RN) at Trilogy Health Services, LLC.

Position Overview

The Assistant Director of Health Services supports the Director of Health Services in managing the Nursing Service Department, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations, and maintaining high-quality care for residents.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist in selecting, developing, and leading the clinical team.
  • Coordinate nursing and ancillary services with other departments to ensure comprehensive resident care.
  • Implement and support the clinical staffing model.
  • Participate in the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
  • Prepare for regulatory surveys and accreditation processes.
  • Perform administrative duties such as documentation and reporting.
  • Provide direct nursing care as needed, including on-call duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
  • 0-1 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Valid RN license and CPR certification.
Physical Requirements

Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, walking, and lifting at least 50 lbs. Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and team members.
