Position Overview

The Assistant Director of Health Services assists the Director of Health Services in managing the Nursing Service Department, ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining high-quality care. Responsibilities include staff coordination, participating in QAPI programs, preparing for inspections, performing administrative duties, and providing direct nursing care when necessary.

• Associate Degree in Nursing

• Valid state RN license and CPR certification
