We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with management or supervisory experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing to join Courtney Manor as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This leadership role involves assisting the Director of Nursing in planning, coordinating, and managing the nursing department, including infection prevention management.

Responsibilities

• Verify current licensure and credentials of nursing staff
• Assist with scheduling and guest rounds to monitor quality of care
• Maintain proper documentation of care, medications, and treatments
• Develop and implement staffing plans reflecting guest needs
• Participate in budgeting and manage nursing supplies and staffing budgets
