Pay, Benefits, and Perks:
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates

Essential Functions:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in providing personal care, ensuring safety and comfort in compliance with policies and regulations
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in collaboration with relevant services
- Ensure nursing services are provided 24/7
- Maintain job descriptions for nursing staff
- Support cultural practices that do not interfere with medical therapy
- Adjust staffing plans to ensure optimal resident care and working conditions
- Document and report all resident incidents per policies and regulations
- Represent nursing on various committees
- Conduct daily rounds on nursing units
- Participate in performance improvement activities
- Collaborate with other departments for interdisciplinary care
- Ensure assessments and reassessments are performed and documented
- Manage pain assessments and education for residents and families
- Promote resident independence and safety
- Maintain equipment and environment hygiene and safety
- Lead by example and support team development
- Follow infection control protocols
- Respond decisively in emergencies
- Uphold residents’ rights and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards
- Participate in team activities and handle resident concerns appropriately
- Complete required trainings and adhere to dress and conduct standards
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- RN or LPN license in good standing
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to react quickly in emergencies
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
