Job summary

You will supervise nursing staff, mentor team members, and promote regulatory compliance while coordinating staffing, scheduling, and performance improvement initiatives. On-call rotation is involved.

Qualifications

• Must have active Arizona RN license.
• Prior nursing leadership experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
