Monroe Health & Rehab Center in Matthews, NC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in guiding the SNF Nursing Service. You will help plan, organize, develop, and direct daily operations to ensure the highest standard of resident care.

You will lead with the nursing leadership team, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a culture of compassion and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN within the state of work.
• Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing facility or related healthcare setting, preferably long term care.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR and other software.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Administrator and Medical Director to ensure high quality resident care and compliance with standards.

Position Summary:

The primary function of the Assistant Director of Nursing is to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, managing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the SNF Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facility. The Assistant Director of Nursing will work alongside the Director of Nursing with the Administrator and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the facility's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work or licensed as an LPN if the state you operate in allows.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing facility or other related healthcare facility, preferably in long term care.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 4:30p or 8:30a - 5:0p
• Salary: $46.00 - $50.00 per hour
