Universal Health Services in Jacksonville, FL invites an experienced Registered Nurse to join River Point Behavioral Health as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in a psychiatric and chemical dependency setting. The position operates 8am-5pm and focuses on leadership in patient care.

The ADON will oversee nursing operations, mentor staff, and ensure compassionate, evidence-based care while maintaining safety, compliance, and quality standards across the unit.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of an Associates degree in Nursing; BSN/MSN preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in nursing management or leadership in psychiatric nursing.
• License: FL RN license (or compact RN license).

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Education: Minimum of an Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing; BSN or MSN preferred.

Experience: A minimum of five (3) years experience in nursing management role and/or dedicated leadership experience in psychiatric nursing.

License: FL RN license (or compact RN license)
