Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekend on-call

Assist the Director of Nursing in daily operations and team leadership
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies
Oversee infection prevention and quality assurance initiatives
Lead in-service training and staff education efforts
Participate in survey readiness and regulatory reviews
Current RN license in Georgia
Nursing home/long-term care experience required
Infection prevention and control knowledge
Experience leading trainings or mentoring others
A team-oriented, resident-focused mindset
