What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Director of Nursing in daily operations and team leadership

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies

• Oversee infection prevention and quality assurance initiatives

• Lead in-service training and staff education efforts

• Participate in survey readiness and regulatory reviews

What We’re Looking For:

• Current RN license in Georgia

• Nursing home/long-term care experience required

• Infection prevention and control knowledge

• Experience leading trainings or mentoring others

• A team-oriented, resident-focused mindset
